Free Parking​
We provide complimentary parking tailored to the base location of our flight attendants. Those based at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) enjoy free covered parking at Terminal 2, while those stationed at Laughlin Bullhead International Airport (IFP) and Gulfport-Biloxi (GPT) receive free on-site airport parking. For our Las Vegas (LAS) based attendants, complimentary off-site airport parking is available.

Over time, as we continue to grow and as your seniority increases, our flight attendants gain increased scheduling flexibility.

As a flight attendant at Sun Country Airlines, you'll embrace a dynamic role thanks to our flexible business model that includes scheduled passenger service and charter flying. One day, you could find yourself flying a professional sports team to New York, and the next, you might be taking vacation-goers to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Job Requirements

Must be 20 years or older at the end of initial training

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, write, understand, and clearly speak in English

Must have a passport with the ability to travel to any country served by Sun Country Airlines. Passports must have at least six months validity at the start of training. Alternatively, proof of your passport application or renewal in process on day one of training is also acceptable.

Minimum of two years direct customer service experience

Basic computer knowledge
-
Must be able to reach 80 vertical inches, without shoes, to operate all necessary equipment and systems

Must be able to kneel to operate the mechanism of the aircraft door
-
Must be able to kneel to operate the mechanism of the aircraft door and perform CPR (training provided)

Able to lift 25-50 pounds on a repetitive basis and pushing/pulling carts with weights between 100-200 pounds

Able to endure repetitive variances in altitude and cabin pressure

Fully fit into Flight Attendant jumpseat and secure the seat belt/shoulder harness assembly without modification in any manner to achieve closure

Have enough vision to safely perform the essential functions of the position

Have enough hearing acuity to communicate with co-workers and passengers

Ability to successfully complete initial training and pass an initial operating experience flight

Able remain calm and respond to emergency situations including medical emergencies, aircraft evacuations, and more.
