Our customer service teams help folks plan their dream vacations and help set things right when things don’t quite go according to plan. They support everything from making reservations to day-of travel assistance and post-trip follow-up.

This organization includes our airport customer service agents, ramp agents, baggage service office, catering, airport command center staff, system operations center, and outstation teams throughout our network. 

At our Minneapolis headquarters located on the grounds of MSP Airport, we have a wide range of teams working together to manage the corporate functions of our airline such as finance, human resources, security, IT, marketing, and more.
